Inspection and calibration work of saw blades after welding

4.1 Clean the dirt and deposits left by welding on the steel plate, and check if the welding is firm and if there are any defects such as loose welding. Return the welding teeth for repair immediately, and only after passing the inspection can they proceed to the next process.

5. Sandblasting

5.1 The remaining dirt on the welding teeth must be sprayed off.

5.2 No blurry surfaces are allowed around the sandblasting area, whether the front and back are consistent, and there should be no burning caused by welding teeth on the back of the teeth.

5.3 Common problems: There is black skin on the back of the teeth, blurry surfaces on the front and back, as well as up and down, and the motor does not operate. Check the inclination of the sandblasting head and check if the nozzle is aligned when a blurry surface appears.

6. Inspection

6.1 Check if there is any missing or false welding on the welding teeth, and if there is any whitening on the tooth back (if there is, return the welding tooth group for rework).

7. Correction

7.1 Check if the sandblasting is qualified.

7.2 The flange must be cleaned thoroughly.

When there is no measurement, the dial indicator pointer should be reset to the zero position.

7.4 The end jump of the saw board should be ≤ 0.05 mm. (Thin film ≤ 0.03 mm).

Check if the 7.5 electroplated saw blade has been plated on one surface, with a smooth surface and no black spots on the surface (if any, return it to the electroplating factory for repair).
