Instructions for use

1. Choose the appropriate saw blade according to the design requirements of the equipment.

2. Professional operators should install and use the saw blade, wear work clothes, and wear protective glasses, earplugs, etc.

3. During work, make sure the workpiece is securely fixed, the profile positioning is in line with the cutting direction to avoid abnormal cutting, do not apply lateral pressure or make curved cuts, make smooth feed, avoid blade impact contact with the workpiece, which may cause the saw blade to break or the workpiece to fly out, causing accidents.

4. If abnormal noise and vibration, rough cutting surface, or strange odors are found during work, the operation must be stopped immediately for inspection to prevent accidents.

5. Do not feed too fast when starting or stopping cutting to avoid tooth breakage and damage.

6. When cutting aluminum alloy or other metals, use special cooling lubricants to prevent the saw blade from overheating, causing gumming, and other damage, affecting cutting quality.

7. Ensure the equipment's chip ejection groove and slag suction device are clear to prevent slag buildup, affecting production and safety.

8. When cutting dry, do not continuously cut for long periods to avoid affecting the saw blade's lifespan and cutting effectiveness; for wet cutting, use water cutting to prevent electric leakage.
