Detailed description of metal round sawtop sawtooth tooth

Understanding the tooth shape of metal circular saw blades helps to deepen the understanding of the blades, including dealing with some issues during use. Please refer to the detailed tooth shapes of the saw blades in the following illustrations.

1. Flat tooth (P or FZ): Used for longitudinal sawing of wood or two-piece combination sawing.

2. Alternate beveled tooth (WZ): Main saw blade for cross-cutting of wood, medium-density fiberboard, plywood, and laminated boards. Also used as the main saw blade for electronic panel saws.

3. Uni-directionally beveled tooth (ES): Used for shredder blades and edging trimming saw blades.

4. Left and right beveled teeth (x/z, x/y): Used for cross-cutting of wood, aluminum profiles, and plastic profiles.

5. Left and right beveled teeth and flat tooth (X/Z, PX/Y): Used for longitudinal and cross-cutting of wood, veneered plywood. 

6. Trapezoidal tooth (T or TR): Used for longitudinal sawing of wood, often used for thin sawing paths.

7. Trapezoidal and flat tooth (TP or FZ/TR): Used as the main saw blade for electronic panel saws, for cutting engineered wood boards or veneered boards. Also used for cutting plastic and non-ferrous metals. 

8. Tapered tooth (ZH or KON): Used as a scoring saw blade for electronic panel saws.

9. Beveled tapered tooth (KON/WZ): Used as a scoring saw blade for electronic panel saws, especially for cutting PVC veneer boards or easily brittle veneered boards.

10. Arc tooth (HZ): Used for longitudinal and radial sawing of wood or plywood.

11. Triangular tooth and arc tooth (DZ/HZ): Used on sawing machines without scoring saws, such as vertical electronic panel saws, front angle is -60 degrees.

12. Triangular tooth and arc tooth (DZ/HZ): Used on sliding table saws without scoring saws, front angle is greater than 0 degrees.

13. Arc chamfered tooth (HZ/FA): Used on sawing machines without scoring saws.

14. Beveled chamfered tooth (WZ/FA): Used as the main saw blade for electronic panel saws or scoring saws. The cutting quality meets the requirements for direct edge banding.
