1. Hang the alloy saw blade vertically on a dry rack, avoiding damp places. Do not lay the alloy saw blade flat on the ground or the rack, as this will cause deformation of the alloy saw blade.
2. Do not exceed the specified rotational speed during use.
3. When using, wear protective cover, gloves, safety helmet, safety shoes, and protective goggles.
4. When installing the alloy saw blade, first confirm the performance and purpose of the saw table, and read the instructions of the saw table. Avoid misinstallation to prevent accidents.
5. When installing the alloy saw blade, check whether the saw blade has cracks, distortions, repairs, or missing teeth, and then proceed with the installation.

6. The teeth of the alloy saw blade are super hard and sharp. Avoid impact or dropping on the ground. Handle with care.
7. After installing the alloy saw blade, it is necessary to confirm whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table. If there are washers, they must be properly fitted. Then, gently push the saw blade with your hand to check whether the rotation of the saw blade is eccentric or unstable.
8. Align the cutting direction indicated by the arrow of the alloy saw blade with the rotation direction of the saw table. Installation in the wrong direction will cause teeth loss.
9. Pre-run time: After replacing the alloy saw blade, it needs to be pre-run for one minute before use to allow the saw table to enter the working state before cutting can be performed.
10. Before cutting, confirm whether the intended use of the alloy saw blade is consistent with the material to be cut.
11. When cutting materials, gently feed the running saw blade into the material. Avoid applying excessive force or pushing too hard.
12. Reversing is not allowed, as it will cause teeth loss and pose a danger.
13. If any abnormal sound, shaking, or uneven cutting surface is noticed during use, stop the operation immediately and check for the cause. Replace the saw blade if necessary.
14. During cutting, do not suddenly stop the saw blade in the middle of the material being cut. Stopping in the middle of the cut can cause teeth loss and deformation of the saw blade.
15. After cutting, wipe the saw blade with rust-proof oil in a timely manner to prevent rust.
16. When the saw teeth are not sharp, they should be reground at the manufacturer's designated regrounding shop or stores with grinding techniques. Otherwise, it may damage the original angles of the teeth, affect cutting accuracy, and shorten the service life of the saw blade.
