Sandblasting Machine Operation Procedures

Operation Procedures

1. Turn on the power of the sandblasting machine, the air compressor, and the dust collector.

2. Check if the alloy welding on the saw blade is qualified after receiving it.

3. Measure the size of the saw blade, choose a suitable clamp plate and core sleeve.

4. Place a clamp plate into the saw blade positioning shaft, prepare to clamp the saw blade, then insert the core sleeve into the saw blade positioning shaft, place the saw blade on the shaft sleeve, and then clamp the saw blade positioning with another clamp plate, and tighten the screws.

5. Adjust the nozzle, start the sandblasting with the start button, take out the saw blade after a few minutes to check the sandblasting effect, confirm the sandblasting effect is qualified before reinforcing the nozzle position.

6. Set the sandblasting time and start sandblasting. (According to the specification and size of the saw blade).

7. After the set time, take out the saw blade and check the sandblasting effect again.

8. Clean the saw blade thoroughly after passing the inspection.

Procedural requirements, quality control points

1. It is necessary to remove the dirt left by the brazing teeth with sandblasting.

2. Blurred surfaces are not allowed around the sandblasting area.

Maintenance considerations

1. Clean the equipment every day before and after work.

2. Drain water from the air three-way joint, and replenish pneumatic oil if lubricating oil is insufficient.

3. When the equipment is running, if the sound is abnormal, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before restarting the equipment.

4. Grease the transmission chain.
